Grafing Printing Company has supported the #ChooseGraphics project, an initiative launched to bring the graphic arts industry closer to young people and encourage interest in education and careers in graphic professions. The project was initiated by FESPA Croatia and was presented to the wider public during Print21 & Promodays, the largest regional event dedicated to the printing and promotional industry, held in April 2026.
At the heart of the project is the documentary film “#ChooseGraphics – From Idea to Career”, which showcases real-life examples and demonstrates what working in modern graphic production looks like today.
The project highlights the importance of professions such as machine operators, graphic technicians, finishing operators, and other skilled positions that are increasingly in demand on the labor market. Although technology continues to advance, the development of the industry still depends on educated professionals who understand production processes and operations.
The documentary is available on the FESPA Croatia YouTube channel.

As a company that has been active in the graphic arts industry for many years, Grafing recognizes the importance of investing in future generations of professionals. This is why we support projects that present career opportunities in our industry to young people in a realistic and accessible way.
“Today, the graphic arts industry combines technology, production management, and creativity. We believe it is important to show young people that this is a modern and promising sector that offers opportunities for professional growth and long-term employment,” said representatives of Grafing.
We see particular value in the collaboration between industry, educational institutions, and professional organizations, as this joint approach can help address the long-term shortage of qualified workforce.
The #ChooseGraphics project will continue throughout the year with new activities, content, and collaborations with schools and industry partners.
