Project Title: Procurement of Machinery for Performing the Most Complex Tasks in the Printing Industry
Project Description: On 4 June 2019. Grafing, owned by Siniša Cizel, signed a Grant Agreement with the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovation and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO) for the implementation of the project entitled “Procurement of Machinery for Performing the Most Complex Tasks in the Printing Industry” (Grant Agreement Reference No. KK.03.2.1.15.0098). The project was co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds within the 2014–2020 programming period. The project contributes to: increasing the company’s competitiveness, expanding production capacity, broadening the product portfolio, introducing new products (booklets) that were not previously manufactured in Croatia, strengthening technological capabilities and expertise, providing employee training and skills development, creating new jobs,increasing sales revenue and export performance. The project’s target groups include customers, suppliers, employees, and the local community.
Project Objectives: The main business and marketing objectives are: to increase sales revenue by 31% in 2022 compared to 2017, to increase export revenue by 31% in 2022 compared to 2017, to create 12 new jobs by 2022 compared to 2017, to strengthen market presence through direct sales and website promotion, to ensure the highest quality of new products and services, to focus on targeted domestic and international markets.
