How to Prepare a PDF File for Printing |
Proper preparation of PDF files for printing is essential for the production process. Improperly prepared files can lead, in the worst case scenario, to wrongly printed files or, in the best case scenario, to extensions of delivery deadlines. Delivery deadlines are extended in the cases where the improperly formatted PDF files must be corrected which, in most cases, entails communication between the printing company and the client as well as having to wait for the delivery of the properly prepared PDF file. For that reason we have prepared a file with detailed instructions on how to format a PDF file for printing.
